We’ve got two Hot Jobs today – both for trainers in Fargo. You’ll be training new employees and existing staff in how to use certain applications within the Revenue Cycle System. To say this calls for detail people might be the understatement of the day.
One of the trainers will focus on patient access training. The other will specialize in business office and coding training. The job descriptions are the same, but the experience that we're looking for is different. In both cases, the ideal candidates will have good customer-service skills, solid public-speaking experience, strong writing skills and excellent computer skills.
You’ll need an associate’s degree and more than two years of experience in process management, education, health care or a related field.
