2012 physician and employee survey gets good response
The final numbers are in – and they are impressive. This year, 74 percent of our physicians and employees filled out this year’s Vital Signs Mission, Values and Engagement survey.
It will take several weeks to compile the data. Once it’s ready, reports will be distributed to managers and supervisors to share with employees. This is when real change begins to happen.
Managers and employees use the survey results to identify one or more areas to work on in the coming year. An action plan is created to address the issue, and managers are expected to keep staff abreast of progress toward their goals.
Your work group’s Vital Signs report will be available this spring. When it arrives, get ready to make meaningful change in your workplace.
