BRAINERD, Minn. – It’s not too late to sign up for MyHealth, the new online tool that allows you to securely view your medical records at your convenience – any time and anywhere. The free service is being offered to Central Region staff.
Beginning next month, Central Region patients will get the chance to sign up for MyHealth. MyHealth allows you to quickly get lab test results, e-mail your doctor and see your immunization history. Your medical records are available to you 24/7 through the secure Internet portal.
Who is eligible to register?
Any Essentia Health staff and family members can register if they have a primary care physician in the Central Region.
How do I sign up?
Visit the registration desk at your clinic to sign the MyHealth Authorization Access form and/or Proxy Access Form for your children or an adult family member for whom you make healthcare decisions. You'll get an activation code, along with instructions on how to register at EssentiaMyHealth.org.
